Free tool; it has a diary and activity tracker. Trying it out this week.
update: It works well. Tried out the activity tracker with the socialization activity, it asked how I felt before and after and what moods I was feeling. It brings awareness of your mood to the forefront. More effective is the diary: you write a new entry and describe your negative feeling then you challenge it, it even provides example challenges to the negative thoughts, then it asks you how you can turn things around into a positive thought. It worked. I stopped the negative thought. I think this will be a good free tool to build the habit of identifying and challenging negative feelings.
