Started a blog to help myself and others

In the last few months I have found myself learning more about my anxiety and depression and trying to cope with it. I have also found the urge to talk with others and help them through their issues, or at the very least to just be able to listen to them and let them know they are not alone. I decided to start blogging about my experiences as I move forward with these problems and hope it can prove helpful to others going through these same issues and let them know they are not alone.
